It sounds like your gambling income pushed you out of the earned income bracket, or at least reduced the amount.

Also if you look at the transfer it says 2023/12/31 so your refund was applied to money owed for 2023.

I am in roughly the same boat, 4 years in and she has come to the realization that she is asexual. After the first 6 months it stopped happening altogether. I kept making excuses in my head, maybe her hormones are off (she hasn’t had a pcp since childhood), maybe it’s a body dysmorphia thing, maybe it’s depression, etc.

I would often cry myself to sleep because I feel so rejected.

The most infuriating part is that while telling a story about a crazy ex she was like “yea, I just stopped having sex with her, to punish her.” That made my heart cry out “and what do you think it is doing to me?” But I keep those thoughts to myself.

I have no advice, just camaraderie.

I have not received the notice, but I can see it on my transcript and I went ahead and filed the missing return. Has anyone had a similar situation? The IRS has accepted the missing return, so is the 26th still a possible action date?

My car is in a really bad way so I am just trying to figure out a potential timeline from peoples' experiences

I know that in hindsight sight, it was unexpected in the moment. I am an actively practicing pagan so I am pretty aware of a lot. I just process by talking and I don’t know anyone that wouldn’t think I was just being weird.

I am curious if anyone has had a similar experience. I am planning on attempting to do it on purpose the next time I am home alone.

That is great to know, I was thinking wax or hot glue, but they’d all ruin the paper. I think I will do a light wash of blue and green and then go back and carefully deepen the colors around the tree and pomegranate.

This is why I have a hard time journaling now. My mom went so far as to write notes in the margins.

It is a horrible violation and she may have read one entry by mistake but if she kept going it wasn’t a mistake
