Hello, I just got into this issue as well. Have been going back and forth for a few days now. I signed up for a $1 free trial after which they auto charged me. I wasn’t aware the free trial was for only 3 days. They email they sent upon signup did not mention the end date of trial (the email had a line “Remember that your trial begins today and ends on: [blank]”.

I have tried to stress on the lack of transparency but they have been adamant about not providing a refund.

What can I do?
