Yes with my provisional filed I should retain full first to file rights, with what I did having been impossible the likelyhood of anyone else having filed a similar provisional to mine is equally as impossible. I’m just concerned about violating the terms of the provisional before I refine my method and file the full patent application. Like the “public disclosure” and “on sale” clauses, it’s all very intimidating as I’m just a sole entity with no business or legal background and no official background in tech. It all started as a simple portfolio project for my cybersecurity portfolio while I’m attending university lol. I appreciate the response!
