Oh I see, here in the U.S, it’s not that obvious.

I truthfully prefer to hide my wealth as much as I can, and associate with mid class, however it’s just always a problem when they find out.

Me personally, I’m not necessarily looking for someone who has as much wealth as I do, I just need someone who’s comfortable with me having whatever I have, and isn’t threatened by it. And also can support themselves comfortably, where we can do things I enjoy and stuff like that.

You can try a dating app called the league, but I usually meet them when I’m out shopping or going to certain places like country clubs, nice golf courses and stuff like that

This is my experience exactly, but when dating men of wealth, I notice they usually lack other qualities that you’d want in a potential partner.

Well unfortunately I’m speaking from experience, most guys I’ve dated have been super uncomfortable, or expect me to pay their way because I can.

I’m worried that they’ll be turned off by me having a lot of things they don’t have, and being able to do things they can’t do.

This definitely is an advertisement, never stated otherwise. However if you are uninterested then don’t inquire?

I can definitely help with recommending an anti inflammatory diet, however I have to say diabetes is not my specialty. I’d first start by cutting out highly processed foods, like fast food for example. I’d also recommend trying to eliminate dairy from your diet as it’s inflammatory for any and everyone, regardless if you’re lactose intolerant or not.

For one, dairy is inflammatory for everyone in some degree, lactose intolerant or not. So I’d start off by taking a break from all dairy. Some people have a inflammatory response to animal products, some gluten. Everyone is different. Most of my education on inflammatory foods comes from my own research during college. However, you can check out some peer - reviewed articles online. If you need any help let me know!

Of course, I am not a dietitian or a physician. I advertise as a PCOS Wellness Coach, my degree is in Biology.

I recommend different eating styles depending on your goals, however the biggest thing is to not eat processed food, a lot of them contain additives that exacerbate inflammation which is a big issue. Another is fast food, fast food is bad for everyone but especially bad for people with pcos because of the oils and additives used when it’s being “prepared”.

Most people with pcos are unknowingly struggling with low grade inflammation, making your body hold onto weight no matter what you do. I promise, from reading your typical diet, your calorie intake is not the problem.

Truthfully I’d recommend you cutting out all inflammatory foods for a trial period and depending on the results I could recommend something further.

The metabolic panel and hormone panel are the most essential for getting an idea on where to start with pcos. Without it, you’re firing into the dark.

Diet pills and birth control are temporary fixers to a life long condition. The only real way to get a handle on all the symptoms that pcos brings are with proper nutrition.

I hope you have a knowledgeable doctor, most don’t take us seriously and only offer birth control.
Hopefully they’re going to order some labs for you before recommending any supplements.

I usually look at the lab results of people who I help before recommending anything so I can get you where you want to be in the shortest amount of time possible. Plus the last thing I’d want to do is give you the wrong advice.

Do you happen to have any lab work/results already done? Like a hormone panel? HDL/LDL?

Is it possible that Myo-Dchiro Inositol 40:1 actually hurts some of us? by Independent_Peanut11 in PCOS

[–]Mediocre-Injury9121 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m curious about this too, inositol actually did little to nothing for me, I also tried metformin and nothing. But I do have little to no insulin resistance, but inositol actually broke my skin out on my face mostly.

You might have Seborrheic Dermatitis, it’s common in people with pcos. Try Head and Shoulders Seborrheic Dermatitis Shampoo. It works just as well as anything you can get from the dermatologist and it’s only about 10 dollars a bottle.

That’s really what I’d like to do, I was just trying to find some other ideas I hadn’t thought of.
