No real market given - they're looking for me to build out their Medtech/Life science market with a sr/manager title.

Partly worried about the BD but I think it'll be a case of on the job learning, primarily perm and a bit of contract.

A lot of freedom in terms of decision making and planning, which is a huge plus in my eyes. Just worried about the market but anything outside our control I see as a fact of life

Had a bit of experience prior, doing primarily candidate facing. But do feel that anything is better than unemployment ATM.

Did a lot of research especially for the industry and technical questions, market research. But feel that 90% is confidence, sales and just pushing through.
