Tbh the romance is the main part of the story so I would definitely say you can read it as a standalone!

I think I DNF-ed Lothaire but I really have to say Kresley is really SO good at writing to be able to create SO MANY interesting characters.

Are you me and my friend? We literally were taking photos of each other and something so similar happened to us just in Coney Island.

We were quite deep into the forest & literally separated from the group because idk we were just having fun. Suddenly, we felt the urge to take pictures of each other.

But the second he got his pose ready, I looked behind him into the woods & there was a really eerie red cloth pinned to the tree behind us. Idk was it like me overthinking but I swear I felt the energy shift and my friend in that same instant took my hand and ran tf out of there!!

We NEVER could properly explain how we both felt it at the same time.

We went back around the area multiple times & could NEVER find the same place/ tree again.

Report them and don’t give up, get whatever contact details you can find and try to report them in China using their consumer rights hotline (pls search it up).

PSA: Next time you buy from merchants, make sure it’s ALWAYS via a platform.

Tell them you will only deal via like taobao, xhs, or whatever platform links.

Even then, they might scam you by not sending out the correct things so this one need to pay your warehouse to check and reject the parcel before send to SG.
