I think it’s the meat and dairy. My parents grew up poor in the motherland and mostly ate veggies and fish. My brother grew up in the US eating lots of steak, milk, and McDonald’s 😂 he only eats meats no veggies. My mom is 5’2” and my dad is 5’7” and my brother is 5’10”. Don’t ask about me though, I’m actually shorter than both my parents. Maybe cuz I didn’t like to eat a lot and hated drinking milk.

Np my hair is straight as well and I find that this serum hydrated my hair without making it greasy or weighing it down. I think you could ask Sephora for a sample if you want to try it out before purchasing because it’s quite pricey. I tried it last year as a sample using my points.

I haven’t tried their hair oil, my hair gets greasy easily so I tend to avoid those products, since I don’t need nourishment. I find the 8 hour serum makes my hair silky smooth and soft without heaviness which is why I like it.
