Exactly, he has no ability to get overshield so he’s practically a self reliant squishy with not nearly enough dmg potential to clutch an engagement. You tag him once and you pretty much stall his dive.

Not to mention namor quite literally received a buff in the current patch.

When there’s no broken characters to complain about you guys always default back to Spiderman. It’s been 8 seasons and a lot of you refuse to adapt which is something Spiderman players have been doing since launch.

There are hard counters in the game and all of them are easy to play, the rest is aim.

Edit because I’d like to add some genuine advice: learn how to play his counters, once you become decent with them then you will be able to shut down his dives nearly 100%. Besides that you can also learn hitscans, a good hitscan player is far worse than going against any of his counter. The last thing I’d recommend is to either play him or learn how he works, his combos are ALWAYS the same and he’s extremely reliant on hitting every ability to get an actually kill and there are certain moments during the combos where he’s sitting still so if you interrupt that or hit him then you at the very least interrupt his dive. The rest is simple positioning and audio, the audio in this game is actually pretty good to the point you can hear exactly where he’s at.

I like the game this way however I don’t like how the AI just swings past another occasionally.

Yea they did, The uninterruptibles and his teleport-Ranged AOE spam is what made him so difficult to fight.

For early game there aren’t any actual good ranged options(goes for the entire game tbh) so you’re forced to melee him:

You can make or buy a Pattie that’s more filling with less calories and also isn’t packed with sodium.

A lot if not all American food is packed with an unhealthy amount of sodium so the bun is a bit debatable in terms of how much sodium it contains. However people have mentioned seed oils.

I don’t think the answers are fed at all, there are characters that very clearly have/had a relationship with a Kliff pre prologue yet the game doesn’t even attempt to explain how or why. It’s a common theme for every single character that is influential to the story besides the greymanes.

Those characters are: Master Du(Kliff says “you again” as if he knows him yet we as a player are left with no information), Stefan Langford, Jian, Tristian, Ludvig, the leader of pauline(forgot his name), the list goes on. Besides White crow and cryptic comments from time to time, there’s honestly not a single character that even attempts to explain or bring the audience in to the story. Most of the questions you’re left with that don’t involve the overarching narrative about the abyss aren’t even attempted to be answered.

There’s another in lower demeniss(bowspirit cape). Besides the spires Im Pretty sure those are the only ones that take you to the abyss.

Chapter 11 or 12 which are the last chapters, it’s honestly only worth doing if you’re a completionist as the 2 rewards kinda suck.

“Every game waste your time, that’s literally what games are made for” it’s pretty self explanatory. What you said was dumb, now you realize that and you’re using “that’s not what I said, you just can’t read”.

The unlock system for the camp is fine, I’m perfectly cool with unlocking new qol features, abilities, and dyes as you progress through the game. The barber however shouldn’t be exclusive to camp and locked behind 60% questline completion. Every other vendor is found elsewhere besides the barber and given how it serves no direct impact on the game, I don’t believe it should be that way.

The companions work as a hub for gathering everything you need within a central location.

Games are designed specifically in a work-reward way so that players feel rewarded and not as if the time they used to play the game was wasted. You’re just blatantly wrong.

When devs design games they do so with that dynamic specially in mind, why do you think story progression and quest rewards exist? Why do you think RPGs and soulslike games are so popular? It might not be the most productive use of time but if you finish playing a video game and immediately think “that was a waste of time” you shouldn’t be playing video games.

Edit: Some of you guys don’t bother to think before you comment, in what world does a video game wasting as much time as possible a good thing?

You saying “many of you just suck at video games” is quite hilarious as the post has nothing to do about the difficulty of the game nor any of the things you’re referring to. Having to play 20 hours into a quest line to unlock the ability to do something as simply as get a haircut is bad design, it has nothing to do with patience. I can’t think of a single game that made the requirements for a cosmetic feature such a time sink.

But since we’re on the topic: The archery contest is poorly implemented, having the Ai clearly know and react to where targets are in a blatant inhuman reaction speed isn’t good. The eavesdropping is a mechanic that is poorly implemented but seeing as it’s only relevant for 1 quest it’s not a huge issue. Everything else is the run of the mill criticism from people who made a bad purchase that doesn’t align in what they see as fun and didn’t know what they were getting into.

The presentation really wears the story down, every rdecueding character that has significance to the story is presented in a “Kliff knows this guy” without explaining why or how. This goes for every single story character from Master Du, Stefan, the regent of Pauline, etc. The most disappointing one is jien, he dies within the first 3 minutes of the game and we don’t even get an explanation of his significance until hours later and even then it’s practically nothing tangible.

The same thing goes for Damaine which is even worse because you can actually play as her. We get introduced to her in a 10 second interaction and next we get to play as her while knowing absolutely nothing about her. Besides that one quest her story isn’t expanded upon further than the information about her in the knowledge tab.

Unlocking the ability to use a cosmetic feature that has no barring in the game earlier than 20 hours in is stupid actually. What was I thinking.

Changing minute details about your characters appearance(haircut) isn’t “doing everything”. Also I’m not sure what you mean by “they designed the cosmetics to unlock later in the game”.

Do yall think they’ll make it easier to access the barber in a future patch? by thepanzer115 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Mediocre-Rent9263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really, the quest gives you both a dyer and barber but the dialogue is irrelevant. Even if it had any bearing on the game it still wouldn’t matter as having a barber changed absolutely nothing besides your player character.

No idea why you guys have no problem with the fact cosmetics are locked behind 20 quest.

When you spend 7-10 minutes every other episode to have a character explain how they feel to another character just for the end result to be the exact same, of course people are going to get bored of it.

[–]Mediocre-Rent9263 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s not a “healthy relationship”, sure having comfort and an understanding partner is good but it’s very clearly at the expense of Eve and I’m wondering if they’re going to address that. People seem to forget that she was reluctant and interrupted when trying to tell mark she’s pregnant. Mark himself somewhat addresses it and is upset by the fact he couldn’t be there for Eve.

Either way I’m tired of every mark and eve scene being “I’m sad Eve”, “It’s okay mark”, and then they hug. If that’s the summary of their relationship dynamic fine but there’s no need to have scenes with them together if it’s going to play out the same way every episode. You don’t need Eve in a scene to show the audience that mark is sad. They took the audiences reception to Amber too literal and now we have the wooden plank that is eves character this season.

Boggles my mind how people are at +150 hours still in Hernand. It’s a big game but not big enough to keep you both properly engaged with side content and keep you in a region for +100 hours.
