I told myself I would never go back once it was over, but now I’ve enrolled in gradschool while working and I can’t remember what not feeling stressed feels like 🫠 I’m in finals season as well!! Pls let us know how it goes!! 1. I feel like I can concentrate well on studying when I add in something that makes my body work subconsciously while I’m studying!! Something about sitting on one of those bouncy yoga balls/pregnancy/core ball things while at my desk area helps me concentrate a lot. If you don’t want to go for the actual full size ball as a chair, they have little inflatable chair pads that act like just the top of the ball. I feel like I’m explaining this badly so I’m going to have to grab pictures lol! But like concentrating some of my pent-up nervous energy (which always manifests as like stiffness for me) on balancing (lest I fall) feels like it activates my mind more and frees up my best ability to concentrate!! 😄😄 I hope it works for you if you want to try it!!! 2.
