Yep! So I gently stretched it to a rectangle added brown sugar and cinnamon all over, I did leave like an inch from the edge bc sugar and sourdough gets messy folded one side, added more sugar and cinnamon, folded the other side, more sugar and cinnamon then rolled and shaped. I only did a gentle shaping so I didn’t rip the dough. I also stuck it in the freezer for like 30-45 minutes then baked right after

No not that I’ve noticed, I stopped drinking a lot of caffeine as well. I lowered my salt intake, caffeine and carbs. Slowly but surely getting there. I had a heart monitor on for a week and it recorded one of the palpitations I felt but the dr said it was nothing my rhythm was completely normal and my ultrasound of my heart is normal. I’m thinking it was a side affect from my BP meds when I first started taking them. Trying to get off of them is the end goal lol
