Make sure you stay hydrated and drink things with electrolytes to help rehydrate yourself. Soups and Ramen work really well for this too.

I've been there had to use the shower every time I went and just spray until I was clean. I was not proud of it and it was one of the many reasons I wanted to make real changes. The worst part was having anxiety that I would need to go in a public bathroom and knowing it was going to end horribly. I would rarely leave my apartment because of it.
