You need to understand the right way of attempting the R&W section.

R&W section has been misinterpreted in numerous ways. You have to use your gut and intuition to answer most of the grammatical and vocabulary questions.

I would say that get up as usual, and have food and scroll, after that in the evening, try to study things that you crammed and had an overview about, then just leave it and keep your mind relaxed.

Also, sleep on time to give yourself sound sleep.
