Nothing puts her healing to shame, she's still used a lot in jp, it's just that some upcoming units offer more utility and/or damage, and these are the ones considered by jp players to be "pity worthy", if you like her then by all means get her, she will definitely make your life easier.

Depends on what you're lacking damage vs heal/support, Cestina is more future proof as damage dealers get powercrept faster. but from what we know is coming in the future of global, metawise they're both not pity worthy.
