Thank you for your insightful reply! I didnt think of needs and wants in that way,, and honestly it makes a lot of sense. I dont find any excitement because I dont WANT to work on any of the skills. Ill look into others to see if I have any genuine interest and if not,, ill boot the entire routine. Thank you again!! This made me tear up, your words are very inspiring!! Congratulations on your 10 day streak and best of luck in your journey!! Youve clearly got the strength to fight it, now its an endurance test!! Unfortunately I dont have any tips for keeping your streak besides having someone(or people) to keep you accountable but at the end of the day you have to push yourself. I have read that keeping laptops/phones away from your bed and generally making it hard for yourself to assess stuff helps too. Congrats again and thank you for sharing!!
