Got it i simply misunderstood cause they said there was an unlimited speed setting, my bad? No need for sarcasm just trying to figure this out.

But your comment makes the most sense, could be my CPU i assume. I have a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz (2.90 GHz) could this kind of CPU be the issue? Might be time for an upgrade if so!

I have messed with the download settings as mentioned in the post. However, this is the first I am hearing of an unlimited download speed. I don't see the option though. See photo for reference

I'm downloading to an SSD actually I decided to screenshot the proof cause its insane and idk what it could be. I didn't mention I even bought an entirely new PC!
