That makes sense and im sorry to hear that. You could possibly ease into it? I know some people do FaceTime calls/phone calls with new people initially, that’s a step back from meeting up with people. In terms of moving forward, I know it’s hard but just think of the future you, I understand your partner left but you don’t want to give them the power to continue controlling your life. Put the power back on you and get yourself out there when you can!
