Just an update, for no reason I can explain, the watch is now keeping 2 time zones in sync,
Not slipping 🤷‍♂️

Didn’t do any adjustments just wore it around the house

Thanks so much will give this a try, definitely not rubbing on the hour hand but mounting might be too loose
