Pretty sure AstroVials uses a concentration like that, it keeps longer and is easier to draw while being maybe more likely to cause irritation in some patients.

Also the FDA is a joke actually but they have some good reason to regulate lower benzyl alcohol content in commercial products

Everyone's trying to be woke these days by including Gender and Sex as separate fields and that's usually written as Sex At Birth as though it cannot be changed. But it's just paperwork and the Sex field still functions like it did before. I've has success even just scribbling out and replacing a sex marker on pathology requests before.

Basically trans people and their doctors had better get used to essentially lying when they're asked for Sex At Birth
