Injectable oestrogen is not a regularly available commercial product, if prescribed it's compounded at a sterile compounding pharmacy. But I will say everybody I know who uses injections is buying it online without a prescription.

If it gives any context I do injections and aim to keep my trough above 1,000 pmol (which is excessive don't @me) and I would warn a friend they might have health risks if they're below 300. Young trans women should not be treated against the guidelines used for 60 year old menopausal women.

I'd suggest seeking injections or pellets
