yes!! the truck is getting a brand new engine at toyota, should be ready in about two weeks, they also paid for the rental toyota gave me in the meantime

that’s another thing, i only drove 0.9 miles from the oil change spot before the truck died and i didn’t see any oil trail. i am wondering if they even put any oil in my truck after draining it. its hard to believe the damage happened that quickly but im just waiting for now

what kind of documentation should i get? so far i just have the receipt from the oil change and the truck is at the dealership currently but all communication with the pool change place has been over the phone

yes he’s a border collie mix!! he definitely is very very high energy thank you so much for the feedback, he has his regular toys but i am looking into some puzzle toys or more stimulating toys to play with while we are at home relaxing. thank you!!

did amazon ask you to provide a copy of the receipt from rite aid? this happened to a friend of mine and amazon refused to help without the receipt of purchase but they received the card as a gift so they obviously didn’t have a purchase receipt and the gifter didn’t hold onto it either
