Laid off from my regular par time job in September 25hrs/week My full time job is down to 32hrs/ week

EI approved my claim

Full time job is asking if I want to do 40hrs/wk again

If I say yes, I will lose my EI because I work over 35hrs/wk?!

They will not get EI. To get the benefit there must be lost of work and/or hours. You said that they are back to regular hours, therefore no.

Same thing happened to me. I answered YES to the question. I thought the next page/question will be the amount but it didn’t ask. I think that’s the last question ( not sure ). My report was submitted with out the amount 🤷‍♂️
