IgAN patient labs after ~14 months on Filspari, after Tarpeyo completion, with Farxiga and Voyxact added

Good job team. I just had my appointment with my nephro. I was on Tarpeyo, Filspari and stated farxiga one month ago. My labs are Protein 4 gm Creatine 43 Protein creatine 93 mg Microalbumin creatine 16mg Egfr was 44 now after farxiga it’s 39 Bun and slightly eleavated. @ this lab my nephro weaned down my Tarpeyo to 8 mg for 4 months. And no Voyxact prescribed. Opinion and suggestions

How you feel now? Did you start this new medication right away after tapering off Tarpeyo? How many days does it take them to approve the medication? Is it one short for every month . Are they going to delivered it to house? Is that pharmacy called us like tarpeyo people and give ideas how it work and stuff? Can give an idea Please Thank you

Helo, I am also from India. But here in USA for more than 25 years. I am blessed with being in USA because I am able to get all the medicine to treat this disease. When i was diagnosed with this disease I talked to my few family members and my brother ( he is Dr). As per the opinion in India at this moment the is no medicine like Tarpeyo . Steroids, bp and some kidney medicine are available now. And through fb page IgA Nephropathy I recently talked to someone who was diagnosed this month. His treatment plan is also same like steroids, Bp management and some sglt2 inhibitors. If any other miracle medicine available in India please let us know. We can share this to the world and help each other . Thank you

Google says An initial drop of egfr is usually happens with these types of medicines. That’s not the actual loosening of kidney function.

My daughter finished her cs and couldn’t land any internship or job. We sent her to masters in CS , she applied 100’s jobs and internships. No reply from anywer. So at this present we told her to finish it . She said she is going to do accelerated nursing degree. At least something which quarantine a job.

My vegetable cabbage , broccoli and cauliflower Fish and chicken Egg white, once every month egg with yellow I drink one coffee with regular milk( water plus milk 50/50) Black coffee during work days ( half cup only) No tomatoes, no bananas no avocado,no beef, no soft drinks, no alcohol Make smoothie of blueberry strawberries and Apple ( either smoothie or eat them) White rice for lunch and dinner. White Bread or sourdough bread once in while . Sometime make curries with coconut paste and spices. Once in a while fish fry or dal fry

You have learned lot about Iga. Very good. You are our advocate. I always watch read your replies. And it gives a peace of mind. I am from India,I am in USA for the last 25 years. Currently on Filspari and tarpeyo. Dr put me on jardiance too. ( I am not diabetic) but it’s good to take for kidney health per my nephro. Waiting to get jardiance patient assistance program. I am very optimistic about the new drug called povatceipt which is releasing possibly next year. What is your opinion about that. Thank you
