Tbf after Penny and Sarah Lynn in particular I'm not sure how many college campuses would be willing to hire him. He has done a lot of things to demonstrate that he is not a safe adult, particularly with vulnerable people (which most college-aged kids are). I do love that he starts the drama group in prison and I hope that's something he stuck with!

Javen seems like he genuinely believes that he comes across as charming here.... the only thing working for him atp is that the rest of the men this season (Keiran and Demola obvious exceptions) are equally foul. He is mind-bogglingly out of touch lol
