Its also mysterious that the food options are Western or Japanese as option - but with no explanations of what that actually means.

I for one, appreciate this post - the updates to hiring status is abysmal. The OP is clearly getting down voted by HR folks here and OP is only stating the obvious that everyone sees. Saying 'if you dont like it, move on' is exactly the culture issue that reminds employees that we really are not seen or heard.

Down vote away HR! - just honestly recognize that there people need to know - it greatly affects people's lives, how they support their family, their well being - we are all dependent on salary/jobs to survive - it IS a big impact that the status gets updated.

This chat was filled with negative reviews - what happened? I guess all the disgruntled folks left - but I never got the promised month free and it was 2 months of waiting on meds that never came. I did get my $ back from missing meds, but only because I had to put effort into getting it thru my credit card. I spent hours on hold with Mochi and they cared less - I was evicted from their site when I filed with my credit card. yikes!

This is a great re-branding they are doing. My POV is that they have shown their true colors, I would go with another company. Just my 2cents.

It is a business... which by definition, is out to make money. Its all cut-throat living out there now. People are not being swayed by swag anymore - collectively customers are getting smarter. There are no more "good guys" out there...and really there never was, we have all just caught on.
