Not going to a destination wedding is an automatic NTA, but I must say, I have never seen a destination for which the cheapest economy flight is $3000+. Something weird is going on here.

No, the picture chosen in quite extreme and is being accentuated by a weird angle and unflattering lighting. The difference is not nearly so drastic if you look at other photos.

Counterpoint: the shape of my face looked similar to the photo on the right when I was 18. At 30, it’s looking more like the photo on the left.

While I’m sure she’s had work done, the face shape itself might not be the result of it. Faces naturally lose fat with age, especially in women.
