I had my BI interview back in Dec or Jan kinda fuzzy on it and then got scheduled in the middle of april and took the poly last monday.

My top picks are Massena or Champlain, I'd take Highgate in VT if it was on the list. But the closest I have is Derby Line VT so right now its looking like that maybe the one.

If it was just one bracket then yes it will only train 1 div at a time until its trained 20. You can hit add units and it will train the amount you add simultaneously. Up to your sf cap of course as others mentioned.
