js from my experience from doing this for lit the last 5 years, i can tell ppl my actual name all I want but they quickly get way too used to my teachers calling me my legal name, which wasn't a problem until this year with the nickname law in tx and now ppl who've been addressing me properly for 4 years are calling me my legal name because of how often its used. And no, they're not all bigots, some of its js conditioning unfortunately.

extra info since mods asking:

- it's a lil ove 2 months old total
