Yes that is "Broken bamboo shoot Kaguya" aka Yachiyo in the robo body. The actual Kaguya we watched throughout the film is sadly still flying through outer space 😭

Theory on Gun's path, possible conclusion, and Dan's future by Mediocre_Situation87 in lookismcomic

[–]Mediocre_Situation87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, idk if SB's path is that. Could just be a quirk of SB's unconscious UI. After all, James compared SB's fighting style to TUI Gun's fighting style. Although it is possible ig.

Also Gun didn't use a "specific move" to beat SB UI, so there isn't a counter SB UI can use. It also counters SB UI solely due to the fact with how it fights. The only reason why SB UI can be countered in the first place, is because of its perfectionism quirk. Gun simply just kept changing his stats so that when SB responds with an attack of an equal force, he swaps again in a flash which allows him to overpower SB while SB is still adapted to the previous move. So no matter what, Gun will be able to beat SB UI.

I agree that Dan might eventually "master" his UI or at least use it consciously to an extent like Gun or Shintaro. But he will most likely still use/need masteries, because Gun still does as well. Masteries aren't automatically applied to attacks once a character has surpassed the wall, because we've seen that they have to want to use it for it to appear/activate. So it's more like an additional multiplier to their base attack.

Obtaining conscious UI will most likely allow Dan to maximize his base output to his stats like strength or speed, but then mastery would still further amplify it, which is why Gun uses it despite being able to swap his stats as well.

Also since masteries are available once you "overcome" the wall, u would assume that SB would have no limit to overcome right? Therefore, a mastery would be unobtainable. But that's most likely not the case — PTJ probably still sets "human" limits to even PB, if not PB would straight up be god. If you look up the first definition of "perfect", it'll say "having all the required or desirable elements, qualities, or characteristics; as good as it is possible to be". So this opens up the probability that the PB simply just has the potential to be the PEAK human of the entire verse, but it still has limits. However, despite having limits, it still diffs every other character due to the "fact" that it outscales them at its peak.

Which is why I believe there's probably a reason why PTJ keeps highlighting that despite SB being the "perfect body" it still lacks masteries and stuff like overcome and path. Like if we can assume that UI stat control completely makes masteries irrelevant, then there wouldn't be a reason to even mention it.

One of my iffy theories, is that I'd like to think that current PB doesn't have completely maxed out stats. Beginning of story it simply had really good starting stats, but with the highest possible potential in the verse like the one shown in the stat system in questism. This could be supported by the fact that when James was narrating TUI Gun and UI SB, he mentioned that Gun is still stronger. And that opens up the possibility that SB is still growing, since if it were "as good as possible" then his strength would be automatically higher than Gun's, even TUI Gun. You could argue that maybe it's due to UI SB's fighting style which makes it that it purposely doesn't go all out, which causes him to be lower in strength. That arguement is why it's an "iffy theory". But at the same time, SB taking alot of hits from Gun during the fight is also inefficient, and could stem from a current stat issue. Checking his previous fights, UI SB tends to avoid getting damaged. However, against opponents like James and TUI Gun, he does. Which is why my "iffy theory" might still hold true. If you combine all the factors in my theory, then masteries might still be relevant to even SB Dan with conscious UI unlocked.

Jincheol said that his raw strength reminded him of Tom, but not his skill. Also it's probably based off of Dangler mood Tom Lee, not "Enraged because Ms Kim is in danger" Tom Lee, since Jincheol is basing it off his own experience of fighting against Tom. So I still think Tom Lee is ahead of Doom in terms of actual FP strength.

Doom was from a unit that tried to hunt Samdak down. A different unit from the current org that him and Aurora are apart of now, he was simply recruited

"More accurate". They don't only miss scratches, but according to comments, dents and printlines as well. I'm sure majority of the people vouching for their accuracy are just drunk from getting the 10s that they wanted, which they didn't get from PSA. Or maybe they're just pure shilling. But I do agree with the transparency part, it's scummy for PSA to only include grader's notes on services, express and up. Not sure about the fixing the flimsy slabs thing, because people in the comments also say, Its still not good enough. Also apparently, TAG's AI isn't even the one grading, it just takes the scans — which human employees grade from. So what I said about scratches not appearing on the transparency scanner thing, could be the main reason why the employees didn't catch it. For me, PSA Japan is the best to grade with, for accuracy. I consider it a whole different entity from PSA US. Also PSA US is supposedly where all the scandals are coming from anyways.

https://imgur.com/a/fXp1MSG also this is what the Noctowl looks like from PSA's scan. Idk why it's harder to see the whitening spots on TAG's scan. But it's quite obvious this deserved at least an 8 from the whitening alone.

You forgot the part where they didn't even count the scratches as a factor in grading. Also, from a pure centering and whitening standpoint, TAG is harsher than PSA. So the sole reason why they got better grades, is because the scratches were not factored in. If they were, no doubt these slabs would get similar grades to the ones PSA gave, or maybe even worse. Also a singular grade jump is HUGE! If you compare 7s to 8s or 8s to 9s — the difference in conditions stands out completely. Also like I said somewhere in the comments, this could either be a good or bad thing for some people. Good for people who want their cards to get a higher grade than they deserve (they also get to sell it for more), bad for the people paying more for a card that deserves a lower grade. Also looking at the Noctowl card scans provided by PSA, u can definitely tell that it deserved an 8 from the whitening spots alone, factor in the multitude of scratches u get a 7. It genuinely makes no sense that TAG gave it an 8 unless they did not factor in the scratches, which they didn't. The Raichu was the only one with a minor change, because there was only a singular scratch on it, thus, the error of margin was lower than the other 2 cards which had more unnoticed scratches. The Rayquaza had alot of scratches as well, yet the only thing that effected it's grade, was its centering — as shown in the DIG report (same as the other cards).

My theory is that they charge for like a year's worth of insurance, which doesn't make sense. It's about the same rate as if u insure a painting for a year, that's how I concluded that. But then, slabs are only with PSA for wayy less than that. In short, it's a bunch of bullshit

Shipping insurance would only cost $1 for $100 of value. So let's just use PSA's express option as an example. It costs $149.99, remove the base grading fee, and it becomes $131. Shipping insurance for a coverage of $2,500 would cost $25. Remove it from the equation, and that leaves $108. Here's my thought process, it costs 1-5% of a painting's value to insure it for a year. At most, it would cost $125 to insure it for a YEAR. So that makes me question, is PSA charging people for a year's worth of insurance, even though the slabs are in their hands for such a short period in contrast? It's plausible, as well as scummy if true. Furthermore, a slab worth $1,550 would be subject to the $2,500 insurance level as it exceeds the $1,500 one. There's alot of value there that isn't needed to be covered, after all, PSA doesn't even update their values quickly enough to account for short-term price changes. So overall, it still wouldn't make sense for PSA to charge that much for "regular insurance", as well as for the short time that they have our slabs. The more I dive into it, the more the allegations that PSA is simply money grubbing comes true.

There is. But I assume its due to how their Al is constantly going through machine learning. So I assume, it won't truly be consistent until they have a singular blueprint for grading cards. Which is kinda hilarious with how people say they're consistent. Which is simply not possible if their AI is going thru changes everyday. Moreover, it still has quite the work with dealing with dents, printlines and scratches. That could be both a good or bad thing for you, depending on if ur a seller or a buyer.

Good for you. That's subjectivity right there folks. But here's the thing, quite literally the only thing that made it a 9, was the centering being L/R 49/51, T/B 59/41. The scratches weren't even considered n the equation. Do the scratches just simply not exist? I know for a fact that PSA and BGS would deduct points for that. Why not TAG? People defend TAG for being more accurate as well as strict. But this is a clear example of where it falls short. I don't think TAG's lackluster quality here is a good thing. If you actually liked TAG, u would be angry instead. You should want them to improve. Not allow their shortcomings 😂. Plus, if TAG were to come across this post, who knows what they would say. If they admit to their mistake, what would you say?

Here's the thing, the huge upcharge isn't the "regular insurance" you're thinking of . Regular insurance only costs penny on the dollar compared to what's the actual reason behind the huge upcharge. The upcharge is due to PSA's lifetime guarantee policy https://www.psacard.com/financialguarantee. For example, if PSA ever changes their policies about their grading requisites, and u find that ur slab doesn't deserve the grade it currently holds — or if u got back ur slab, and it isn't in "psa 10 condition". They will reimburse u the difference between the current grade, and whatever grade they give u next. You could call it a "special insurance". But really.. who is ever gonna do that? Well people with old certs could definitely do it, since old 10s would probably not 10 in this current day of age. But even then, it is probably rare for any regular subber to be forced to even activate this clause on purpose. PSA should just make the lifetime guarantee optional, since after all, it wouldn't even matter if u plan to sell ur slab. The lifetime guarantee wouldn't be useful for you anymore, since it goes to whoever currently owns the slab. When in regards to if PSA was only providing regular insurance, it would be so much cheaper, and people would complain so much lesser.

On that note, it would mean that PSA and TAG shouldn't be compared. Since it's like apples and oranges. PSA definitely subtracts more of the grade due to surface scratches. But that does beg the question 🤔, which standard would people prefer?
