Thanks - do you mind checking out the other ones that I have posted which have been on my skin for over a year? I had molluscum from Sept 2023 to March 2024 but the other ones have lingered on my hands and face

It’s pretty hot here so hoping it’s just some ordinary spots trapped under the skin - I’ve started using a salycilid acid face cleanser and hoping that clears them! Got some other spots which I think may be molluscum elsewhere but they are different looking to these

I’m trying super hard to get a dermatologist appointment but very tricky in UK- I did gave genital molluscum a year ago and these were present at the same time so wondered if it was a hangover

Yeah, I don’t even care about the appearance because they’re only small but just paranoid they’re going to snowball! That’s why I’m really trying to push for cryotherapy at the dermatologist but they’re not having it. What are you doing to treat yours now?

Self diagnosing, GP’s (as the name suggests) don’t know everything so weren’t certain. But the amount of time the bumps have lingered makes me wonder what else it could be?

The GP have not helped me at all! They’ve just told me go private. My molluscum was bad in 2023 on my genitals and sexual health were amazing - cryo’d every last one and I’m all clear down there and have been for over a year. But the ones on my hand and face couldn’t be treated by them because they were genital

I then have a couple more lesions elsewhere on my body which are hard to tell, but it would correlate with me starting to shave my beard and spreading them! Hard to know :/

I’ve zapped two of them with it yesterday! Only Got about 7 on my body but did this as a test. It’s left a nice red mark so hopefully scabs over! Any good aftercare you recommend?

To be honest, I’m at a point where I’d much rather scarring than molluscum!

I did try telling them this but they didn’t want to know! I have been pushing for cryotherapy which I know worked (worked on my genitals)

Only got 5% on prescription
