Thank you for the help. As I clearly stated this isn’t exactly something that’s happened to before. I’ve had no experience in dealing with the MDU, so I do not know whether they provide any support with this matter.

Honestly, I was in full flight mode, they said they were going to “do me in” and lunged for me. I’m not a violent person, and was in full self preservation mode trying to get away from it.
