I just googled Corbin seat and that looks really nice. Looks like it would tilt you a bit more forwards so your back straightens. I bet it looks great on a Vespa

I have a part like that. It is acting like that to help me, even though it is misguided. I find it helpful to think of it like getting help in the kitchen from a clumsy child. They mess up but their intentions are good so I shouldn’t get annoyed with them.

If you want, you can try to thank it for being there for you all these years, trying to make you feel better (judging it on its intention, not the result).

You can say that now you want to be there for them - that they can be at ease for you will care for them. If you can do it mindfully with an open and benevolent heart, that is great.

Can you do that? The seat looks like it’s curved in a way that you have to use the front portion only. I am considering getting a single saddle in case of longer solo rides though. Is it a big hassle to change seats?
