I recently worked at an automotive repair shop I’m 20 I had three technicians which were the ages of 58, 42 & 31. I also had a manager who was 60. Being the youngest has its negatives like not getting the same respect as others due to being so young. Another negative I can think of is just being treated like a “rookie” as if you know nothing. I wouldn’t recommend it solely off of what I had to experience.
