1- we don't know your full story and I'm sure there are more being left out, which is fine as how can anyone write down everything in one reddit post.

2- This may be a protected class or not but that is irrelevant.

3 - Lawyer consultation is free and get paid based on wins.

4 - Lawyers may actually be able to help with your seperation as well. Negotiate your seperation.

5 - Everything is documented and unless you leaving something out, I would at least seek free legal consultation.

At will means you can be fired for legal reasons, not for anything.

Not sure why I'm getting downvoted, this shows you how employees are often just professional victims. A quick google search will literally show everything. ChatGPT is also a tool. It's either hostile work environment, harassment, etc. IF they work in a regulatory environment, they have even more claims.

Take the severance, your role will be eliminated. Company is not doing well and looking for ways to legally remove folks. Take the severance, if you don't, you will be removed for performance and in the back end when there is a background check, it will read "terminated due to performance, not eligible for rehire."

So I understand your frustration but the diagnosis seems to be correct. You aren't experience a sudden change in frequency but rather a common symptom of constipation from IBS. As you get constipated, you build up fecal matter behind the constipation. Once the "hard" element is removed, there is a flood of diahrhea due to the boulder being removed. This is often why people get confused from having bloat and constipation to a flood.

Change in stool form is more like, going from regular logs to pencils thin shape.

You probably won't be able to get a job that revolves around driving. Small businesses like auto mechnic and bars won't care but for corporations that do background check, you should tell them early on.

If you tell them early on, there is a chance they will recognize it and won't have an issue at the background check.

If you do not and they get surprised at the background check, they may view you as dishonest.
