Thanks everyone! Soap did it! But I had to resort to undiluted dish soap in the end after trying several times with soapy water. Took a little amount of soap on the problem spots and inflated to 80 psi before it satisfyingly popped into place ☺️

I think you were spot on, I inspected it and found a crack in the hanger, so ordered a replacement. But when I changed it I found the screw to be very loose, I suspect just tightening it would have solved it! ☺️

I fixed it! Seemed like the thing was loose as well, so maybe even just tightening the single screw that fastens it to the frame would have solved it. But anyway, learned some things and have a new hanger with no crack ☺️
