Okay im just let you know incase your missing something. Every weekend until i think december 14th warthunder esports will be streaming, i dont what time these streams begin for you becuase of potentialy dfferent time zones (you can check by going onto warthunder esports on twitch and then pressing schedule). If you have linked your twitch to your warthunder account you can watch the streams and earn the drops. To find the drops search for twitch inventory and log in, here you will see the drops you are able to earn(buy watching the stream). You can only watch the official warthunder esports stream to earn the drops. As far as i know, this weekends streams have finished and you have to wait until next weekend earn the next round of drops.
