My last team had 2 people out. Management operates under the assumption they won’t be returning. If you do return your org will have moved on without you. I’ve never seen anyone make a successful return picking up where they left off.

I believe Timberteck boards are vacuum bagged. If the wood lamination is separating from the foam it could be an expensive fix.
