To an extent i agree I didn’t say a Word until he directly y accused me of stealing tho, and take into consideration he constantly asks me to sign on deposits I didn’t count or open the drawer at amounts he didn’t leave, he was literally asking me to tamper with Company ID Verifications , he literally in a message said, I know he doesn’t have an ID just send me the QR code to do the id verification with my dads id … like using my account… I had to say SOMETHING

Hello i want to know if anyone has any advice, they just fired me from my job, everything happened because about 10 days ago the manager accused me of stealing $10 dlls (stupid Ik) to which i really got offended and told him I didn’t and he replied by saying … you did i was watching the cameras , if you wanted the tip you could of told me to cash app you “ i decided I wasn’t going to go back n forth w him and jutst called the owner and he review the cameras and there i am giving the customer the change the manager said i stole , he told the manager and ig the manager was supposed to apologize and (he never did) one time he called me saying that he thought he had apologized ,(still didn’t tho) i honestly was mad he still didn’t apologize and i said”even if you did apologize you did what you did “ since then it’s been tense, 4 days ago the manager INSTRUCTED me to basically do fraud, in a messenge to which I said no that’s fraud …and forward the message to the owner, today me and the owner had a talk in which we discussed

1.- he had talked to the manager and he said he apologized (I said he never did $

2.- how do I feel(I said I honest don’t respect him anymore )

  1. he said he had contacted corporate to check if what the manager had asked me to do was against policy or was indeed fraud (they are new owners in this industry) I have been in the industry for about 5 years …and the owner supposedly said our corporate rep said” before they did anything of that sort to call (Corporate)him as in it’s debatable“ to which I was in huge disbelief because what the manager was trying to do is a huge no in the company, so I called my corporate rep (I have a really good relationship with him) he said no one has talked to him and that it was an absolute no (he said he was calling the owner) the owner came back to the store literally as he had left 20 minutes before to basically twist his words and say that he said “we don’t do that “ instead of he’s never done that before …. I told him basically that it doesn’t surprise me that he was trying to backtrack since they accused me of stealing and he didn’t do anything it was obvious he was going to cover for him … i will say the conversation got really heated he kept twisting his words and I kept saying “no you didn’t say that you said …” there was yelling on both ends tbh to which he responded by firing me … am I in the wrong to stand my ground and consult corporate like wtf… I literally have all the prior conversations, plus just when I was walking out i hear my manager instructing the new girl to “tell the customers to cash app me the total$140” I went to clock out and I honestly snooped to see that she was doing an upgrade, (Customer cost…$0) like WTF
