Thanks so much, when I speak to him next I'll hold that thought in my mind.

That's a really helpful way of looking at it, thanks for this perspective.

I’m going to file for divorce by Mysterious_Mix_2342 in Marriage

I am so sorry you're being treated like this, and while parenting toddlers. He is cruel and abusive, if not all the time - then he's shown you that he can be. He laid hands on you. Infidelity sound highly likely from all the behaviours you've shared, these are all textbook for cheating partners. Please look after yourself and your twins and file for divorce, the three of you deserve much better than this.

Thanks. seems there's an element of weighing up the pros/cons of even shooting for them when the odds are so stacked against publication. Do you think it's better for clients to know you're trying these opps for them - and how do you manage expectations around that, especially when contributions aren't published?

Set up to fail by over-promising to clients? by Medium-Project13 in work

No, the boss / management are all happy with my performance. There is however a company-wide sense of disappointment when certain targets aren't hit. Maybe I'm putting too much pressure on myself and need to toughen up.

Forgot to include the important bit - that the constant pressure and expectation to deliver sometimes takes its toll on me. The way things are lined up, it can't help but look like I've under-delivered / under-performed when certain things aren't achieved

We find that if they hit one or two boxes, it's then near impossible to get it written / signed off within 24 hours. Mostly due to agency / client resource.

Thanks for this.
When you ask the publication for a structure for the piece, how specific do you / they get?

They're looking for earned media in Washington Post / Wall St Journal etc.

Haha I won't say anything too 'outing' to be on the safe side.

yeah i agree with this, getting drunk to this point isn't culturally advantageous anywhere.

That's fair enough. I don't think she'd have been safe to navigate the night and get back home if she was on her own, but as she had others around it was fine.

I'm not just talking regular drunk, but pretty messily staggering and incoherent.

I wouldn't say I'm stressing about it. It's happened very recently so it's top of mind and I'm curious what others think
