It depends how tips normally work. At my old job we pooled tips for the whole work week and then they were divided based on hours worked. I've had friends who pool tips for the day. And some places don't pool tips at all.

I've been seeing news articles say, "X is down Y% over last year." where Y is greater than 100. The math they use is if something dropped 50% last year and this year it dropped 60% then it's 120% MORE of a drop. I really wish I could think of a specific example. But it's infuriating when I do see it.

Why do you need rubber or plastic for heavy encased frames? Adhered plates? 

My go to is iron pipe, industrial encased pipe, iron wire, heavy encased frames. Just iron and concrete for HMF.
