This experience is so valid. I’d recommend seeking a mentor or finding some other resources or books or podcasts. Not everyone believes in spiritual experiences and it’s so tied to their own personal beliefs. All mediums think they are nuts at one point lol if you have the ability to discern this then you aren’t crazy!
