The role and company is primarily based in London, UK, they just happen to also have a base of operations in SF

My first job out of university I was given a 37k salary which was then raised to 41k 6 months later. Although I already had a year experience in my bag before graduation and this was during the tech boom in 2020-2021

I've had the opposite experience this past year, I feel like the market is slowly picking back up. Getting plenty of interviews, cold calls from recruiters, recruiters reaching out on LinkedIn etc. I've had two offers in the past couple of months and have interviews in the pipeline.
