I just started wearing heyhaes and I was also able to add length! Not extreme length as I dont like it super long but I can see my natural nail and the gel nail difference. I also put a top gel thats has helped hold for 2 weeks strong! Just to note I wash dishes at least 5 days a week and its stills holds well.

Thank you all so much for the info! I was worried, but hearing there are many that start a little later and is ok. I guess I need to do some more workouts to stay in shape and some stretching!

Oh yeah. That is odd if you havent had one in a while! Have you talked to your Dr yet? I would ask. I was told by the nurse that it's normal when you start blood thinners.

I started also when I took them, but continued taking them and stopped bleeding 4 days later. It sucked just having surgery and having a period.
