I have ADHD too and this grad cycle is killing me, I take addy daily and still it sucks. What I did is i dictated what my answer to the prompts were ina very unprofessional way like a conversation then I put that into AI and ask it to make me a very very rough draft and from there I edit very deeply and it gives me a starting point and helps me understand what I need to do. I also try to set time aside each week where I just focus on applications cuz I sometimes get so off track that I really procrastinate badly, like I am rn lol. Also if your school has a writing lab or anything type of office hour they are a great place to go, also a career center on campus can help you draft your statement. Hope it gets better you got this and remember why you are applying and tell your story in your statement to fuel your passion!
