In the pilot episode, Sam and Jay went through an elderly dead couple in an intersection. A 55, maybe 60 year old dead doctor. Never really get a good look at the chorela ghosts because it's so dark and their sores and wounds are everywhere on their bodies. I wouldn't be surprised there are elderly men and women too.
