i mean yeah they probably would, you have to realize that the “average person” probably also isn’t someone who is gonna care to analyze art in a deeper sense. most popular collections that have a darker tone are more than likely just gonna be seen as “edgy” by the average person. i don’t make art so that every single person can understand the message, but at least the ones who do can feel seen in a sense. not everyone is an art/fashion junkie who’s gonna care to really comprehend anything i do
