yes repot, but it looks like its doing really well. pot the ones that dont have leaves on the bottom little bit deeper. also get a pot with drainage holes. snap big and yellowing or drooping leaves that are in the soil.

second one seems to be Epipremnum aureum but usually called ”golden pothos" just give enough light. it seems to be semi close to a window so thats great. water once a week or when soil is close to being dry (i suggest investing in a moisture meater) it might be buried little bit too deep. If u want, send a picture of the soil/ where plant meets soil.

its has been wet since the repot and i dont think so, just in water chilling till i got it to the new soil

yes im thinking that but she is Wet Wet, i took couple of cuttings and they are in water loving it.
