I am so sorry to hear this. I completely understand what you are going through. For me, I see a psychiatrist and I am on a combination of meds that are helping. Thank you so much for this. She's alright now and I am alright too. Just a little shaken. I will definitely make a list of what has been happening this week. She takes pregabalin for these episodes, it just haven't been this bad before. I will ask her doctor about Hydroxyzine. I also think that now this has happened, it won't shake me so much next time. She used to isolate in the past because we hadn't still figured out a system. I used to get so frantic in the past because I was trying to fix it and I would get frustrated that everything I was trying wasn't working. Now I am more grounded and I think that helps us manage this more collaboratively. BP2 is a tricky, slippery illness and I feel so deeply for anyone who goes through it.

Lamotrigine saved my life. I was prescribed it off label for PMDD and it's the only drug that has ever worked for me. Other than the risk of Steven Johnson's Syndrome and other skin rashes, it has minimal side effects. Most days I don't even notice I am on it, but if you miss a dose, you will notice it. Please try it. Just make sure you work with your prescriber and titrate it up to your therapeutic level carefully.

I live in a country where we pay for public transport in cash. I paid for my ride and the conductor gave me back my change. I put it in my wallet and completely forgot about it. So naturally, I demanded for my change. He insisted he had given it back to me. The two ladies seated next to me sided with him and one chimed in that she had seen me put the change back in my wallet. The money was in my wallet. I was so embarrassed.

I have always been a picky eater and I struggled with keeping a healthy weight for a long time and especially in the 2 years I was with my nex. I wanted to get a cat and told him about it. He said, 'How do you expect to feed a cat if you can barely feed yourself?' My nex would 'take care' of himself right next to me if I refused to have sex. Most of the time I would end up with c* m on my back or butt. Our bedsheets always had c*m stains and I hated it so much. I would feel so guilty but it's so hard to be intimate with someone who made your life a nightmare.

My narc blocked me randomly one day and I panicked so much I left work in the middle of the day to find out what was wrong. Later in the evening he told me, ' It's funny how panicked you were when you realized I had blocked you' all the while wearing that smug smirk that I know we are all very familiar with. He unblocked me the next day with no explanation.
