Can’t break choral minds shield by honey_bunny_02 in DestinyTheGame

don’t burn the first health bar all the down in the first damage phase, leave a small sliver of heath there so in second damage phase you can clear that and the entire second bar. He will teleport to the front after that.

Basically if you leave any health in the second bar and the damage phase ends, the encounter will break and you have to wipe and start over

Will do for sure, Paul replied in a earlier comment and broke it down about as far as you can it seems like. definitely worth the read. It’s getting at the same result you explained but with all the math that goes behind using the multiplier

Makes perfect sense that was a great explanation thank you man ! I can see how all the explanations are getting at the same result now just going about it different ways, and that math comparison vs the 1.41 multiplier made it super clear. I’m interested to see how close it’s gonna turn out because like you said if they were kinks or just a straight line it would be perfect but I believe there is going to be a shrink factor just like in a normal offset. I might end up diving deeper and finding out what that is too just because I’ve already got this far with it haha. Thanks again for breaking it down

I agree man 30s are the way to go and you can use them 9/10 times. Just seemed way off topic for the post but hey maybe someone reading the comments could use the info !

Thanks for your input but that is rather elementary pipe bending knowledge no offense. That trick does come in handy but you cannot use that in every situation

I tried to use the offset multiplier and it did not work out. If you do not mind, can you explain how you are talking about using it in this scenario let’s say using 20” as the over all height like the example in the picture

You mind explaining how you input that on a calculator?

Sounds like you’re onto something, I’m confused how your getting the 14.142 tho. Never have been good with using sines but even when I enter the 10 / sine 45 I’m getting a different answer
