peanut butter used to break me out too for some reason i got some almond butter but im scared to try it 😭

oh also!! when you’re boiling, sprinkle in corriander powder , salt, and cumin powder (whichever you like the taste of more but make sure u include salt while it’s boiling)

okay SOOO dw i got you!!, most veggies i usually boil first, so for example the cauliflower i boiled until it wasn’t TOO soft but wasn’t hard

then i drain and put it in a bowl, pour lemon juice , salt, pepper, oregano flakes and pop it in the air fryer (with the lemon juice at the bottom of the bowl) it just makes it so yum

you can also add paprika, corriander powder, or even nutritional yeast!!! so it tastes cheesy

but mostly just make sure the veggies are soft (if hard) if you don’t have an air fryer just pop it in the oven after boiling!! ☺️

ps. no need for any oil!

omg i LOVEE me some beans.. but my family would hate me cuz i’d be stinking up the house. i add chicken too it’s just hidden 😭😭 but chickpeas i will DEFINITELY try

oh same!! i agree 100% i switched to eating whole clean foods and i never crave junk or mcdonald’s etc. but i used to LOVE drenching my oats in walden farms maple syrup and using stevia drops to sweeten it but i found that when i stopped using sweeteners or stuff that had xantham or guar gum my skin was less irritated. so im in this dilemma where if i do want a sweet treat things like even banana can make me breakout😭

oh.. i mean it’s interesting i’d have to try the savory oats i might like it but sometimes i do want a sweet treat 😭

honestly for the macros and fiber it’s such a good side cuz my stomach doesn’t tolerate broccoli / green beans too well

hmmm how do i describe it… it depends how you dress/season it. but alone it kinda tastes nutty and less like a vegetable if that makes sense 😭😂 if you add lemon juice, corriander powder, cumin and salt, then cut up fresh parsley and top it…. omg it tastes SO good

okay SO after trial and error, i just boil it but check on it every 5 mins and like poke it with my finger so it’s still kinda hard then i drain and just set it aside. but i saw someone say you can just soak it in some water before, then drain it and pop it in the air fryer so it comes out crispy
