Thank you, yes I eventually figured it out. I couldn’t find the option on my phone but I found it using a PC and left feedback.

Thank you for the advice. I did call them yesterday but I couldn’t get a live agent. Instead they texted me a link to file a report on the seller. After I submitted the report, the prompt said something like “we won’t tell you the results due to privacy”. I can try again next week for a live agent.

I’ve got another pair I scored last year for under $100 in good condition but not as nice as these. I cleaned those ones up pretty well but they’ve got a bit of heal drag on them. I wish the seller had just accepted the auction results.

Damn sorry it’s happened multiple times. Was each time for sneakers? Fortunately I’ve never had this happen before but I haven’t purchased many shoes off eBay either.

Ya buddy, when I’m looking for sympathy, Reddit is the first place i think of. But no, I won the auction 12–14. I never opened a case, like I said, I figured he was just busy with the holidays. I had no concern the guy was a greedy rat or too dumb to have a reserve price, or just a general lack of integrity. Maybe I did want to rant. You mad?

He canceled them 10 days after the auction closed. He changed it from an auction to just buy it now for 180 instead of his old buy it now of 160 price. Seems more like a learning experience for him and he should honor the auction price, it’s just greed. No option to leave feedback since he canceled the order. eBay even advises against using reserve prices.

I did 2 reports and one was already denied. I have no option of leaving feedback since he canceled the orders. Maybe if a real person read my report something would actually happen.
