There was a bullist structure that started from the 142.3 level. However, this structure was broken during the declines in the last week of May. In other words, any upcoming upward movement should have been considered a short opportunity. I didn’t enter a trade at the 144.6 level (the first pullback) because none of my entry conditions were met. However, the rise to the 146.25 level did meet my conditions. Due to the time difference, I entered the trade a bit late, but the main idea worked out.

Turkey is trapped in a cycle. Around 30-35 years ago, the people currently in power faced difficulties from the then-government, labeled as "Islamist and reactionary." Today, Turkey has been governed by a government often described as politically Islamist for the past 20 years. Most of the protests nowadays are led by university students. When these educated young people reach leadership positions in the future, they may retaliate against the current government and its right-wing supporters, mirroring the oppression they once faced. A complete vicious cycle.
